Makes the law clear but too much opinion shows through

Kindle: Works great for law books if you don't have an open book exam. Kindle software on Android, iOS (iPhone, iPad, etc), PC/Mac allows for reading on the go while you get to class... you know, *of course* only to "review" what you read a night or two before. :P
The Book itself: The law is presented clearly through nicely edited opinions of the judges in the biggest cases. Us students complain a fair amount (and usually validly) that the publishers make new editions with no new content just to scam you out of more of your student loans. However, in this case, the book has actually been updated with the latest case law (some 2011 cases in here). The only problem I have with the book (and what keeps it from being 5*) is that through VERY selectively showing dissenting opinions the author gives away his bias on the subject. A small gripe to be sure but we're in law school to learn the law as the legislature has written it and the courts have interpreted it, not to be given an opinion on whether the law is right or wrong.
